What is Your Next Trip?

YOLO TRAVEL

1. CONTENT OF THE ARRANGEMENT

The travel organizer guarantees the realization of the arrangement according to the description in the program. The content of the arrangement will be realized in full and in the described manner, except in the case of the influence of "force majeure", which could not be foreseen (war, terrorist acts, epidemics, strikes, natural disasters, traffic and technical problems in transportation, or similar).

2. AGREEMENT - APPLICATION AND PAYMENT

A travel application-contract is made until the places are filled, with the payment of an advance payment of the price indicated in each individual program. Applications can be made at the agencies of the travel agency T.A YOLO TRAVEL and TURIST in all other agencies authorized to sell its programs (subagents). When registering, the buyer pays an advance payment of 30% of the value of the arrangement, unless otherwise stated in the program, and the rest after confirming the reservation by the reservation service, no later than 15 days before the realization of the arrangement or the deadline specified in the arrangement itself. If the traveler does not make an additional payment for the arrangement by that deadline, the organizer will consider that the traveler cancels the arrangement and will charge the costs for canceling the arrangement in accordance with the conditions of Article 6 “Cancellation of the trip” by the traveler, unless otherwise stated in the program. When registering, the traveler signs an application-contract with a statement - “I declare that I am familiar with the program and the General Terms and Conditions of Travel, and that I fully accept them!” whereby the General Conditions of Travel become a legal obligation for the organizer and the traveler.

3. PRICE OF THE ARRANGEMENT

The prices for all trips are published in Denars or Euros with the obligation to pay in Denars equivalent according to the exchange rate on the foreign exchange market - published by the organizer. Any request for additional services implies additional payments. The organizer reserves the right to change the price of the arrangement in the event of a change in the prices of hotel, transportation and other services, as well as in the event of a change in the exchange rates on the market. The buyer's consent is not required for an increase in the price of up to 10% (it is calculated on the remaining payment). In the event of an increase of more than 10%, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract without any obligation to compensate for the damage resulting from the cancellation. If, within two days of receiving the notification, the traveler does not notify the organizer in writing that he is canceling the Contract, he is deemed to have accepted the new price. Additional announcements of travel price reductions (e.g. special offers or “last minute” type discounts) cannot apply to already concluded Contracts and cannot be the basis for any objection or complaint by the traveler to the travel organizer.

4. CATEGORIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The hotels and apartments offered are described according to the official categorization at the time of publication of the catalog. The quality of services is standardized by local tourist authorities. The standards of accommodation and services vary by destination and are not comparable. The organizer does not assume responsibility for any other oral or written information that is not in accordance with the description of the services in the offered program.

5. RIGHT OF THE ORGANIZER TO CHANGE THE PROGRAM AND CANCELLATION OF THE ARRANGEMENT

The organizer has the right to change the program (in duration or content) or completely cancel the program in the event of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances that it could not foresee, avoid or eliminate. The participant of the trip has the right to a refund of the amount for the unrealized services or, upon agreement with the organizer of the trip, the already paid amount can be used for another program from the organizer's offer of the trip. In rare cases when there is no possibility of accommodation in the reserved facility, due to technical reasons or "over booking" by the hotelier, the organizer will accommodate the traveler according to the possibilities at the given moment, in a facility of the same category or a higher category, without compensation. The organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the arrangement in the event of an insufficient number of registered passengers from the minimum foreseen for a particular arrangement. The organizer is obliged to notify all customers of the cancellation at least 5 days before the start of the arrangement and to return the paid funds in full no later than 8 days from the day of cancellation.

6. THE PASSENGER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL THE TRIP

The traveler may cancel the trip at any time and must do so in writing. The date of the written cancellation is the basis for the calculation and payment of cancellation costs (in relation to the basic price of the arrangement), unless otherwise specified in the Program, according to the following scale: Paragraph. 1 – for cancellation from 60 to 45 days before the trip, 5% of the arrangement is charged – for cancellation from 44 to 30 days before the trip, 10% of the arrangement is charged – for cancellation up to 30 days before the trip, 30% of the arrangement is charged – for cancellation from 29 to 15 days before the trip, 50% of the arrangement is charged – for cancellation from 14 to 5 days before the trip, 80% of the arrangement is charged – for cancellation from 5 to 0 days before the trip or during the trip, 100% of the arrangement is charged. "In the event of cancellation of the arrangement by the traveler (for personal reasons), with which the previously issued voucher is realized during a state of emergency, the same traveler expressly agrees, even after cancellation of the arrangement, to be re-issued a new voucher which will be issued in the amount on which the penalty for cancellation of the arrangement has been calculated in accordance with the table in Article 6 of the General Travel Terms and Conditions." In the event of cancellation of an arrangement by the traveler, which was paid during a discount or arrangement from the agency's special promotions (so-called first minute, early booking offers, etc.) for which discounted prices are valid only if an amount of 30% or 50% of the total amount of the arrangement is paid by the date of validity of the discount, the amount paid is non-refundable, i.e. it is not returned to the traveler and the same amount cannot be used for another type of arrangement. In the event of cancellation of the arrangement paid at regular prices, the cancellation conditions published in the description of the arrangement and in the General Terms and Conditions apply. of travel (Article 6 paragraph 1). In the event of a price change (price increase by publishing a new price list), the price of already agreed services will not change. In the event of cancellation of an already confirmed “reservation on request”, the organizer will charge cancellation costs in the amount of the advance payment paid. If the traveler cancels the trip in a timely manner, the organizer is entitled to a handling fee in the amount of €10 (euros), per application-contract. If the traveler changes the departure date of the same arrangement at least 15 days before the date of the previously confirmed departure, if possible, the organizer will change the reservation and will charge only handling fees in the amount of €10 (euros), per application-contract. If the traveler cancels the arrangement before the start of the trip, due to reasons that he could not foresee, avoid or eliminate (illness, injury or death in the immediate family, natural disaster or similar), and based on a valid confirmation from the competent authorities, in that case he does not pay the cancellation costs according to the specified scale, but only the actual costs resulting from the cancellation of the arrangement, for which the organizer is obliged to pay to the final service provider, without the right to a refund. If the traveler cancels the arrangement after the start of the trip (during the trip or during the stay at the place of travel), due to events resulting from the influence of "force majeure" (military events, terrorist acts, natural disasters, traffic accidents or similar), which neither the traveler nor the organizer could foresee, avoid or eliminate, the organizer is not responsible or has an obligation to refund funds for unrealized services, unless the final service provider accepts and makes a refund of the the same.

7. OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS OF THE TRAVEL ORGANIZER

The organizer is obliged to take care of the implementation of the services and the selection of the service providers with the attention of a good organizer, and to take care of the interests of the travelers in accordance with the professional principles in tourism. The organizer is obliged to provide the traveler with all the services specified for the individual arrangement in the program. The organizer is obliged to conclude contracts only with transport companies whose means of transport meet the conditions set out in a regulation in the field of public road traffic, for which an approval or license to operate is issued and the operation is controlled by a competent authority of the country in which they are registered. The organizer is obliged to conclude contracts and undertake other business activities only with catering legal entities that hold a license and category of the facility, for which an approval or license to operate is issued and the operation is controlled by a competent authority of the country in which they are registered. The organizer is obliged to conclude contracts only with licensed tourist guides and companions, for which an approval or license to operate is issued and the operation is controlled by a competent authority of the country in which they are registered. The organizer is not liable for damage that occurred due to errors in the operation of the transport companies, catering legal entities, tourist guides and companions, which it could not have foreseen or avoided, and for which an approval or license was issued and the operation is controlled by a competent authority of the country in which they are registered. The organizer is not liable for damage caused by changes in the program or non-performance of services due to force majeure. The organizer excludes any liability in the event of changes and non-performance of services caused by force majeure as well as delays in transportation, for which the carrier is not liable according to positive regulations and international conventions. The organizer of the trip, The travel agency does not accept any responsibility if the diplomatic or consular mission refuses to issue an entry visa or delays issuing the visa, or if the immigration department of a foreign country does not approve the entry of a particular traveler. The travel organizer does not accept responsibility if the traveler has lost the travel document, or the traveler's travel document is defective, expired or with an insufficient period of validity for entry into the country to which he is traveling. In these cases, the traveler pays the additional costs himself. In all the above-mentioned cases, the organizer will provide appropriate assistance to the affected user for a safe return from the trip or the realization of any claims against the service provider, but will also charge any costs that may arise from those additional services.

8. OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS OF THE PASSENGER

The passenger is obliged to ensure that he personally, his documents and belongings meet the conditions stipulated by the border, customs, health and other regulations of his country as well as the country he is traveling to, to adhere to the house rules in catering and hotel facilities, as well as in the means of transport, and to cooperate with the representative/accompanist of the organizer and the service providers in good faith. In case of non-compliance with these obligations, the passenger is liable to the organizer for the damage caused. Passengers who disrupt the order in the facilities or vehicle may be removed from the arrangement. The passenger is obliged to possess a valid passport, to seek information from the competent authorities, or to inform the organizer whether a visa is required for the country he is traveling to (or for the countries he is traveling through in transit), so that it is obtained in time. The passenger is obliged to inform himself about the currency and customs regulations in his country and the countries he is traveling to. When traveling by air, the passenger is obliged to check his flight reservation - at the agency, no later than 72 hours before the flight. The passenger is obliged to keep, and be personally responsible for, all his documents, money, and personal luggage for the entire duration of the trip.

9. AIR TRANSPORT

The transportation of passengers by air is regulated by international air traffic rules as well as the rules of the airline hired by the travel organizer. All air travel on regular routes means the transportation of passengers in economy class. In the event of a change in the scheduled departure time by the airline, as well as a delay of the aircraft (on one or more regular routes or charter flights during the trip), the travel organizer is not responsible for any consequences caused by the delay, but the applicable regulations and customs in the field of air traffic apply. The discrepancy between the personal data provided to the travel organizer and the data in the passenger's passport (such as providing abbreviated and incomplete names by the passenger) often creates consequences of declaring the ticket irregular/invalid, and there is a need to issue new airline tickets, the cost of which is borne by the passenger. These errors can cause serious problems for passengers during the trip and are the personal responsibility of the passenger. The passenger is responsible for his or her airline ticket from the moment he or she receives it from the airport guide or from the agency officer. There is no possibility of issuing a duplicate ticket or boarding pass. The passenger bears the full consequences of losing the ticket during the trip.

9-a. BUS TRANSPORTATION AND BUS TRANSFERS

Bus transportation and bus transfers are carried out with standard tourist buses according to the regulations and criteria applicable in the countries in which the bus carrier that engages the tour organizer is registered. As a rule, there is no predefined seating arrangement for passengers, nor a set method of changing seats by days during the bus trip. The seats on the bus are determined by the tour organizer, and are usually assigned sequentially according to the date of the passenger's registration for the arrangement. The passenger is obliged to accept the seat on the bus that the agency will assign to him. Additional changes are not possible. The agency makes the seating arrangement, taking into account the elderly, families with small children, pregnant women, as well as the payment period. If the passenger wants to reserve a specific seat, when paying at the agency, he can pay a certain amount and choose a seat (except for the first row, which is reserved for staff!). An exception may be certain bus trips, and in such cases this trip is regulated by a special provision in the travel program itself. In the event of a bus delay due to weather conditions, extraordinary traffic conditions, excessive delays at the borders, technical breakdowns or similar, the travel organizer is not responsible for any possible delays. The provisions regarding boat or rail travel are specified in the travel programs that provide for the use of these means of transport.

10. BAGGAGE

The passenger has the right to free baggage transportation, up to 15 kg on charter flights and 20 kg on regular airline lines, and one piece of hand luggage, unless otherwise specified in the program. In the case of free or charter bus transportation, free baggage is allowed from one travel bag (up to 20 kg) per passenger and one piece of hand luggage, unless otherwise specified in the program. For each kilogram of luggage or travel bag in excess of the allowed, the carrier has the right to charge additional costs per kilogram/piece or not to allow it to be transported, depending on the luggage space of the vehicle. In the case of using flights from so-called low-budget airlines, the use of the free baggage transportation service is determined in accordance with the rules of the airline with which the flight is carried out. Children up to 2 years old. on air transport and children who do not pay a ticket on the bus are entitled to free baggage allowance in accordance with international rules. As baggage, it is not allowed to bring commercial goods, food, drinks, medicines, narcotics, chemical and other flammable substances, weapons, animals, plants, packaging and similar objects. When bringing in and taking out the baggage from the vehicle, the passenger is personally responsible for it. During the implementation of the arrangement, the passenger takes care of the baggage himself. Therefore, we recommend that before the trip, a Travel Insurance policy with baggage insurance be taken out through an Insurance Company, which can be paid at the agency. The organizer is not responsible for destroyed or lost baggage, as well as for lost baggage or valuables during the stay at the hotel (we recommend renting a safe at the hotel reception).

11. HEALTH REGULATIONS AND PROTECTION

The passenger is obliged to inform the competent health institution and to comply with the health regulations for travel to a specific country (need for a vaccine or health document). In case of illness or accident during the use of the arrangement, the costs of treatment or possible medical interventions are paid by the traveler. Therefore, we recommend that before the trip, a Travel Insurance policy be taken out through an Insurance Company, which can be paid at the agency.

12. ACCOMMODATION IN ROOMS AND APARTMENTS

If the traveler-renter has not arranged a room/apartment with special characteristics, he will accept any officially registered room/apartment for accommodation in the agreed facility, described in the catalog and price list. If possible, the organizer will try to respond to the traveler's additional requests (comfort, room orientation, floor, etc.) but cannot guarantee the fulfillment of such a request. The usual check-in in the rooms is from 2:00 PM, and the vacating of the rooms is by 10:00 AM (unless otherwise specified in the house rules). Late Check IN Late Check IN-Not allowed in accommodation facilities!

12-a. INDIVIDUAL TRAVEL

Individual travel is a combination of two or more services provided by the travel organizer for the needs and at the request of the traveler, which usually includes: accommodation service for certain dates and/or transportation, local service, etc., and which travel is not offered by the organizer as a regular group program, but is organized only for the needs of the Traveler. For individual reservations and arrangements, the traveler pays a deposit for reservation costs. If the reservation is accepted by the traveler, the deposit is calculated in the price of the trip. If the travel organizer does not confirm the reservation, the deposit is fully returned to the traveler. The provisions of point 6. of the General Travel Conditions do not apply to individual reservations and arrangements. The traveler has the right to cancel the Individual Travel Agreement after full payment has been made, of which he is obliged to notify the organizer in writing. The date of written cancellation of the Agreement is the basis for calculating the compensation due to the organizer, expressed as a percentage of the total price of the requested trip. For cancellation of an individual trip, the table in Article 6 is used. The organizer of the trip, except in the case of its own negligence and carelessness, is not liable for defects, material and bodily damage to individual tourist trips, for which it is only an intermediary between the Traveler and the final service providers (for example: individual accommodation service, transport, tickets for sports events, excursions, car rental, etc.). Upon receipt of proof of an individual contracted service, the contractual terms become valid exclusively between the Traveler and each individual final service provider.

12-b TOURIST TAX

Each tourist destination provides for the payment of a local tourist tax by tourists. The tourist tax is paid in the city/facility of stay or through/at the local representative office. In the Republic of GREECE, the tourist tax for the stay of tourists will be calculated as a fixed amount per day and per room, depending on the type of accommodation. The taxes will not be calculated in the total price of the arrangement during the reservation itself. Tourists will be required to pay the tax on site unless for some accommodation capacity the payment has not been previously requested to be made at T.A YOLO TRAVEL and TURIST. For more detailed information and the amount of the tax, you can inquire at T.A YOLO TRAVEL and TURIST.

13. COMPLAINT RESOLVING

In the case of incomplete or poor-quality performance of the services, the traveler has the right to appropriate compensation, only if he submits a written complaint to the organizer. Every traveler - holder (signatory) of the contract has the right to complain on the basis of an unperformed agreed service. The organizer will not accept group complaints submitted by multiple contract holders on the basis of a single complaint. Procedure for submitting a complaint: Immediately on the spot, the traveler complains about the inadequate service to the organizer's representative, and if there is no representative, to the service provider. The traveler is obliged to cooperate with the representative and the service provider in good faith in order to eliminate the reasons for the complaint. If the traveler does not accept the offered solution to the complaint on the spot that corresponds to the paid service, the organizer will not accept the additional complaint of the traveler and will not respond to it. – If the reason for the complaint is not eliminated, the traveler will draw up a written confirmation (minutes) with the representative. – No later than 8 days after the end of the arrangement, the traveler will submit a written complaint to the point of sale where he paid for the arrangement, and enclose the written confirmation (minutes) signed by the representative as well as any invoices for additional costs. The organizer will only accept fully documented complaints submitted within the specified 8-day period. – The organizer is obliged to issue a written decision within 14 days of receiving the complaint at the point of sale. The organizer may postpone the deadline for resolving the complaint in order to complete the information and check the specified complaints with the service provider. The organizer will only resolve those complaints for which the causes that caused them could not be eliminated at the place of rest. – Until the organizer has issued a decision on the complaint, the traveler waives any mediation by any other person, court proceedings or providing information in the public media. Any failure of the buyer-traveler to comply with the same, or violation of the initiated procedure with any activity mentioned or not, gives reason for not accepting the complaint, terminating the initiated procedure and at the same time filing a lawsuit before the competent authorities by the organizer, for the collection of the damage suffered for damaged reputation in the public. – The maximum compensation for the complaint may reach an amount up to the amount of the advertised part of the services, but it may not include the services already used or the total amount of the arrangement. This excludes the buyer's right to claim "ideal damages".

14. JURISDICTION OF THE COURT

In accordance with point 13. of these conditions, the buyer of the services from a certain program has the right to file a complaint with the travel organizer. If the buyer is not satisfied with the organizer's decision, he has the right to request additional arbitration and an opinion from the Court of Honor at the competent chamber or from the competent Court in the place where the travel organizer has its registered office.
