These rules are based on the current legislation of the host country.
Respect the rules because the administration of the facility may terminate the stay and services of guests who violate the rules of unfriendly behavior in it.
Complaints and recommendations can be left in the guest book at the reception or with the manager.
Check-out of the rooms is until 09:00–10:00 h. Check-in after 14:00 h. (local time).
Contact the reception for information on where food is served in the facility and the time from-to.
If you are leaving early, contact the reception the night before so that they can prepare a dry (lunch) package for you.
Leave your valuables, documents in the safe at the reception or in your room (if there is a safe).
For items left unattended in the room or in the premises of the facility, the responsibility lies with the guest.
Inform yourself at the reception which services are free of charge in the facility.
Inform yourself at the reception which services are subject to payment.
The guest compensates for the damage in full in accordance with the conditions and documents of the facility (if there is damage).
If there is a video surveillance system (except in the toilets and rooms), in the remaining premises of the facility, you agree to the video surveillance.
In order to ensure order in the facility, inform yourself at the reception which things are prohibited, such as:
• Smoking cigarettes in the rooms, lounges and other premises in the hotel, etc.
• Use of electrical appliances in the premises (except authorized ones), etc.
• Storing flammable materials in the premises is not allowed.
• Bringing in materials and objects that are dangerous to the health and life of others is not allowed.
• Removing and moving furniture from the premises.
• Violation of standards of conduct, including the use of alcohol, drugs...
• Aggressive behavior and activities that threaten the health and property of others are not allowed.
• Damage to hotel property is not allowed.
• Accepting visitors in the rooms after 8:00 PM, if they are not registered, is not allowed.
• You must not give your room card (key) to other people.
• Parking cars at the entrance, exit, as well as on the lawns is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed in the facility.
Accommodation, conditions and payment for services at the hotel:
You can pay for the services you have received at the hotel in cash, debit or credit card.
For early departure from the facility, be sure to take a document from the reception with a signature and stamp.
Services such as early check-in (before 2:00 PM) and late check-out (after 12:00 PM) are charged to guests.
